Thank you for supporting Eyes Wide Accessories. Each piece is handmade in Hawaii with care and attention to detail.

Returns:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Customizations:
Customized pieces and personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
